HENRIETTA, NY…The Genesee Community College volleyball program lost in straight sets to the host Monroe Community College Tribunes Thursday night. The Cougars lost the contest to Monroe by the scores of 25-15, 26-24, and 25-12.
Alexis Eighmey led the way with two digs. Grace Masse led the team with four assists and Ana Carolina Cerezer Pinto continued her match streak with at least one ace. Cerezer Pinto had two assists for the Blue and Gold.
The Cougars are back in action on Saturday as they play Onondaga, Jefferson, and Cayuga Community College at the NJCAA Region III, Division III Pod at Monroe Community College.
