She is a four-time Scholar Athlete, Finger Lakes All-Star player, and two-time Principal Achievement Award winner. She plays for the CASL Club Soccer Team as well as being the captain on for her Varsity basketball team and plays softball for her school too. She's very active in extracurricular activities at her school, where she is also a part of Operation Santa, Interact Club, and the President of Yearbook Club. Juliann plans to major in Health Studies while attending GCC.
Juliann will be joining her past teammate and older sister, Abby Hall. "We love recruiting sisters because they have a special kind of chemistry on the field that you just can't teach," stated Head Coach Jeff Reyngoudt. Abby was awarded Regional Tournament team during the Cougars' Regional Final game when they won 1-0 over Jefferson to advance to the National Tournament. During her freshmen season, she played in all 19 games, starting in 8 of them and she obtained 8 goals and 7 assists. The Hall sisters will be joining the team with the Starowitz sisters as well, Emma and Libby from Byron-Bergen High School. The Cougars have had sets of sisters on the team before, Carly and Chloe Barrett from Forestville and Kiaya and Amara Condidorio from LeRoy. Both of which were on the team when the Cougars' won Regionals in 2021 and went on to the National Tournament. The Barrett's won Regionals back-to-back again in 2022 and took fourth in the National Tournament that year. "We love a sister duo! We're excited to see what the Hall and Starowitz sisters can do together, and we have high hopes that they will be incredible additions to the team", said Jeff.
Jeff and Assistant Coach Macy have been meeting with a lot of recruits and have some more commitments coming up. The Cougars ended their 2025 season in the National Tournament with a 13-4-2 record, where they ended up 4th in the country overall.
