BATAVIA, NY… The Genesee Community College men's basketball team earned their third consecutive win to kick off their 2019-20 season with a 87-65 victory over the Jefferson Community College Cannoneers Tuesday night.
Brandon Speller had 27 points to lead all scorers. Jalen Willis had 16 points and five assists. Souleymane Gueye had 14 rebounds. Jean Aristil had three blocks. Legacy Wallace scored 11 points for Genesee, nine of which came from behind the three-point line.
Genesee will play Allegany College of Maryland Saturday at Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, NY at 5pm in the NCCC Tip-Off Classic.
