Tubo finished the regular season for the GCC women's soccer team with a pair of strong performances, helping the Cougars to a 12-5 overall record this fall.
She earned a shutout on the road at Mercyhurst North East, her 10th of the season, making four saves in a 3-0 win. She then made 21 saves against No. 1 Broome CC in a 2-1 loss.
Tubo now holds the career record for shutouts at Genesee with 19 and the Cougars will represent the No. 5 seed in the regional tournament, traveling to No. 4 Herkimer College on Tuesday.
Godoi added to his points total, the fifth highest in the country, last week with 13 total points in two games for the No. 6 GCC men's soccer team.
He recorded eight points, two goals and four assists, in a road win at Mercyhurst University North East and ended the regular season with five points, one goal and three assists, in a home win against Broome CC. Godoi now has 52 total points this fall.
Genesee will represent the No. 2 seed in the regional tournament and host No. 7 seed SUNY Adirondack CC in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
